I just received the bag today and for the price point I was hoping it would be shipped in something a little more sturdy than a plastic bag. The actual bag was in a nice fabric bag but the packaging seemed careless. On the back of my bag there was a scuff mark that I tried to get off with a baby wipe but wouldn’t come off. Also there was a mark on the front of the bag that seemed to be a from a metallic silver sharpie. It is the tiniest dot but I definitely saw it. I guess for the price point I was hoping for an entirely spotless bag. Other than that, the bag is perfect. Lovely color. Great space. Other than those flaws, I wouldn’t have a single complaint.
I am a Nurse Practitoner and a student. I have been searching for a pink work tote for a while and this bag was it for me. It has a bit of a diaper bag feel, but I have been known to use my old Coach and Dooney and Burke diaper Bags for work. The convertible back pack option is my favorite thing. I tend to overstuff my bags for certain occassions, and the back pack option helps minimize the struggle of carrying a heavy bag. When not being used as a backpack, the straps are a perfect drop length. I am a plus size girl, so drop length is important. I also like the cross body option, but definitely prefer the backpack mode. I love all the pockets. I can fit my laptop, laptop charger, tablet, stethoscope, a couple of notebooks and a textbook without wrecking the zipper. The pink is gorgeous, the material is easy to clean. It feels very sturdy. For my back's sake I try not to over stuff it, but here's to hoping that it will last. This bag was worth every penny. I've got my eye on the blue one next.
Love it ! Use it for work and it holds everything I need. Love the back pack part.
Are there instructions on how to manuvre the long strap to make it a backpack. I don't seem to be able to figure it out. :)
Love the bag! It is geogeous, the size and shape are great too! Excited to use it!
Hi Shana, make sure to check out our video for step by step instructions on how to turn the Gemini into a backpack! https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1217772168604538
I had tons of space and allows me to carry my laptop, iPad 2 agenda calendars, a wallet, a charger block, sunglasses case, glasses case, my water bottle as well as a to go coffee tumbler. I needed a grab and go work bad that would double as a purse and this hit the nail on the head. I just hope it holds up to the use. I really don’t want to go back to a school style back pack as a 40 something adult female.
Thanks for the review Sarah!
