I love the bag. It's very pretty and the perfect size for traveling to and from the office. My only complaint is the backpack straps. If you use one strap it causes the bag to slide on the strap, there's no way to make it stationary. If you use two straps, the straps are sort of bulky with them folded in half with one strap on either side of the bag.

I am impressed with the quality. The material feels so nice, like leather. The inside bottle pockets are what sold me. My only complaint is how the strap goes through to make a backpack. When putting it on your back, the bag weight slides to one end of the strap and you have to jiggle it to get it evened out again. I wish there was a snap to hold it in place as a backpack. But overall I am really happy to have it. Got the crossbody clutch and wallet too and they fit inside great. I can use the backpack when I have my kids and all their stuff and if I am child free or need to run into a store, I can grab the crossbody clutch from inside.

It’s a great bag overall! Really please with the quality and the material. It’s an all in one “dump” bag. I love how much space there is and the pockets are great. Ideally, small pouches would be sold on the site as well that fit into the sections/pockets. I could see it getting unwieldy with lip gloss, pens, sunglasses, Tylenol bottles, etc all kind of free floating in the sections.

Also, would love a key ring strap added to the bag. Again, it’s a great bag but lots of space means the opportunities to lose things within it are infinite. A ring strap for a wallet would be awesome too, but I may be asking for too much.

Overall very pleased, will use this as my everyday bag, especially when doing city hikes.

It was a little smaller than I thought. It is beautiful but i can’t use it for what I wanted. And it was a final sale. Kinda bummed 🙁

I LOVE IT

Worse product I’ve ever bought from this company. It doesn’t stay closed and the straps don’t stay in place. Complete waste of money and i ended up donating it. The company wouldn’t give me a store credit or let me exchange it. I have bought only their bags for the last 2+ years but I’m not willing to spend a single penny on their stuff anymore because of poor customer service.

It's a nice bag. I bought two. I like the size and how much it can hold.. the reason for 2 stars is that the color of this bag (ice blue) is off. It barely looks blue at all. It looks more tray or taupe with a slight blue tint.

I have a dress and car the same color as the image, but when I compare this bags color to those items I'm disappointed.

The color is great and it's a nice midsized bag. I can fit my iPad and other items.

Not big enough for my Dell laptop, but its fine. I love the color.

This is such a cute bag and the leather is so soft. This is my second order with White Elm and I’ll likely order more in the future!
