Will My Device Fit in the Gemini Mini, Gemini, or Aquila?
One of the most frequently asked questions we get is, "Will my laptop fit in this bag?” Here are our tips for measuring your device, and double-checking to see if they fit in the Gemini Mini, Gemini, or Aquila to avoid the hassle of returns.
Gemini MiniThe Gemini Mini Convertible Backpack fits most devices up to 14" in screen size (measured diagonally) or 12" in length comfortably in the laptop sleeve. Larger devices may fit in the bag but could obstruct the magnetic snap closure.
Devices that measure 8" tall or less will be able to be secured with the snap closure.
Gemini
Most laptops up to 17.3" in screen size (measured diagonally) should fit in the Gemini. However, to be sure and to avoid the hassle of returns, make sure to take one more measurement first.
Measure your laptop lengthwise. It should be no longer than 15" in length. Our laptop compartments are made to fit a computer up to 15" in length.
Make sure to also check the thickness of your laptop. If it is much wider than 1", it may be a tight fit, or be too thick for the laptop sleeve.
For the button to snap closed at the top of the padded laptop sleeve, we recommend that the laptop not stand taller than 9" inside the Gemini.
Aquila
The Aquila, like the Gemini, should also fit most laptops up to 17.3" in screen size (measured diagonally). It should be no longer than 15" in length. If it is, it will not fit inside the sleeve. If yours is larger, it may still be able to fit inside the main compartment of the bag.
For the button to snap closed at the top of the padded laptop sleeve, we recommend that the laptop not stand taller than 9" inside the Gemini and Aquila.
Check the thickness of your laptop. If it is much wider than 1", the magnetic snap closure may not snap closed, and the laptop might be too large for the sleeve.
