Is the Sandy really waterproof?
Yes. It is made from waterproof nylon that passed a leak test and closes with a waterproof zipper, so wet items inside stay inside and liquids from a leaking bottle do not reach the rest of your bag.

What is it for?
Anything wet or sweaty that you do not want touching the rest of your things: a swimsuit after the pool, a sports bra and socks after class, a damp towel, or toiletries and sunscreen that might leak in your bag or your suitcase.

What fits inside?
A full change of workout clothes, or a swimsuit, goggles and a cover-up, or full-size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It is 11.75" long, 7.75" tall and 3" deep, with an 11" opening.

Can I use it as a toiletry bag for travel?
Yes. It is the toiletry bag that keeps a leaking bottle from ruining your clothes, and it lies flat in a carry-on or a checked bag.

How does it work with the Carmen?
The Sandy clips to the key leash inside the Carmen Mesh Gym Tote, so the wet things stay sealed in their own bag while the mesh tote around it stays clean and dry. It also fits in any gym bag, backpack or beach bag.

Can I leave wet clothes in it?
For the trip home, yes. Empty it when you get there and let it air out; a sealed waterproof bag left closed for days with wet clothes inside will hold moisture like any wet bag does.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside and outside with a damp cloth and mild soap, then leave it unzipped to dry. It is not machine washable.
