I love the bag. It's very pretty and the perfect size for traveling to and from the office. My only complaint is the backpack straps. If you use one strap it causes the bag to slide on the strap, there's no way to make it stationary. If you use two straps, the straps are sort of bulky with them folded in half with one strap on either side of the bag.

I am impressed with the quality. The material feels so nice, like leather. The inside bottle pockets are what sold me. My only complaint is how the strap goes through to make a backpack. When putting it on your back, the bag weight slides to one end of the strap and you have to jiggle it to get it evened out again. I wish there was a snap to hold it in place as a backpack. But overall I am really happy to have it. Got the crossbody clutch and wallet too and they fit inside great. I can use the backpack when I have my kids and all their stuff and if I am child free or need to run into a store, I can grab the crossbody clutch from inside.

Although the strap on one shoulder doesn't seem to stay while putting it on the other shoulder, I noticed that it actually works better for me when I try to put the strap on two shoulders at the same time. I just need to adjust the length and make sure the two sides are even, then hold the two sides of the strap together and put them on my shoulders almost at the same time. It works so much better this way for me and it's actually very easy. Overall, I'm so glad that I got this backpack.

I was glad I got a Luna drawstring backpack because I really like the inside design. The backpack strap is a bit loose since it doesn't stay while trying to put it over one shoulder before putting it over the other shoulder. However, overall it's still such a great bag and I definitely will use it frequently.

This bag is excellent as an everyday back. I love how easy it shifts from a backpack to a shoulder bag. I wear it most weekends for errands. I bought in troupe and the color is perfection
