My bag was delivered on time

I wanted to love this bag so much. I appreciated all the pockets and organization of the bag. However, it was too big for my liking. I felt like it overwhelmed my 5"'2' frame. I also realized that once it was full, I would not be able to carry it comfortably. I hope White Elm can create a product that is not so large. Not everyone carries a water bottle or a 17 inch computer. The customer service at White Elm is amazing! They helped me with my return and were very understanding.

Normally, I avoid non leather bags but this bag is elegant. It has high quality craftsmanship and the attention to detail is impeccable.

I really want to love this bag, but it is bulky when I get my stuff in it. I use several smaller cases to organize my stuff. Once they are in the bag, with my computer, and my Stanley, it's just cumbersome. So sad. Materials are soft and of good quality.

I wish the handle was a little wider and stayed as a backpack. It moves a lot and makes it hard to keep it in the backpack style
