What fits inside the Ivy Mesh Pouch?
A large phone, keys, a slim wallet or cardholder, travel-size sunscreen, lip balm, hair ties and a few other small items. There is one interior pocket for cards or cash. Exact measurements are in the specifications above.
Does a phone fit?
Yes. The pouch is 10.5" long and 6" tall, so it fits large phones with a case. If you have a specific phone in mind, compare its length to the 10.25" top opening.
Can I use it as a makeup bag?
Yes, and the mesh is an advantage: brushes and sponges dry between uses instead of sitting in a closed pouch. It also works as a toiletry bag for travel.
Is it waterproof?
No. The Ivy is breathable mesh, made to let air through. For wet swimsuits, sweaty clothes or toiletries that might leak, use the Sandy Waterproof Wet Bag; the two are made to work together inside the Carmen.
How does it attach to the Carmen?
The Ivy has a metal ring on the side that clips to the key leash inside the Carmen Mesh Gym Tote. Clip it in and your essentials are always in the same spot; unclip it in a second when you only want to take the small things with you.
Does it stand up on its own?
Yes. The structured vegan leather base lets it stand open on a counter, locker shelf or vanity so you can see everything inside.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the vegan leather with a damp cloth. Rinse the mesh with water if it gets sandy or has sunscreen on it, then let it air dry open.
What is it made of?
Lightweight, quick-drying mesh with saffiano vegan leather trim and base, and a metal zipper. No animal products.
